### PrintelX Return and Refund Policy ####
1.Introduction
1.1. This Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter, "Policy") is applicable to all purchases made from PrintelX, a subsidiary of Losgardios LLC (hereinafter, "Company").
1.2. The Company is committed to providing products and services of the highest quality. However, should there be any dissatisfaction or errors, this Policy outlines the procedures for returns and refunds. ####
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1. Products purchased directly from the PrintelX website (hereinafter, "Products") may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
2.1.1. Products must be unused.
2.1.2. Products must be in their original packaging.
2.1.3. Products must be in new condition, as received.
2.2. The following Products are not eligible for return:
2.2.1. Products that have been used.
2.2.2. Personalized or customized items.
2.2.3. Software that has been opened or installed.
#### 3. Return Process
3.1. Customers wishing to return a Product must contact the Company's customer service department at [support@printelx.com](mailto:support@printelx.com) or by telephone at 123-456-7890 to initiate the return process.
3.2. The Product must be securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories, warranty cards (if applicable), and the order receipt.
3.3. The Product must be shipped to the following address: PrintelX, **Main Street 10, Tel Aviv, Israel.** The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise by the Company.
4. Refunds
4.1. Upon receipt of the returned Product, the Company shall inspect the Product to ensure it meets the conditions for return outlined in Section 2.
4.2. The Company shall notify the customer of the receipt and inspection results of the returned Product via email or customer return portal.
4.3. If the return is approved, the Company shall process the refund within fourteen (14) business days. The refund shall be issued to the original payment method used by the customer.
4.4. If the Product does not meet the return conditions, the Company reserves the right to issue a partial refund or to reject the return.
#### 5. Product Exchanges
5.1. In the event that the customer receives a defective or incorrect Product, the customer must notify the Company's customer service department within seven (14) days of receipt of the Product.
5.2. The Company shall arrange for the defective or incorrect Product to be replaced with a new or correct Product at no additional cost to the customer. The Company shall bear the cost of shipping in such cases.
#### 6. Order Cancellations
6.1. Orders may be canceled provided that they have not yet been shipped. Customers must contact the Company's customer service department to cancel an order. A full refund shall be issued for orders canceled prior to shipment.
6.2. If the order has already been shipped, the customer must return the Product in accordance with the conditions set forth in Section 2 to receive a refund.
